For fourteen years, Women of the Wall (WOW) has been trying to get the Israeli Supreme
Court to allow women to pray with ritual objects -- Torah scrolls, tallitot, etc. -- at their side of
the Wall, without being physically accosted by Orthodox men at the Wall. By creating "facts on the ground,"
the women now pray at the wall every month for Rosh Hodesh partially at the wall.
